All Sales Are Final After Download
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once files have been downloaded or accessed. We are unable to offer refunds after a digital product has been delivered, as the content cannot be returned once received.
Technical Issues
If you experience any technical difficulty accessing, downloading or opening your files — please reach out before requesting a refund. Every technical issue will be resolved promptly. We will re-send your files, provide alternative download links, or assist in any way necessary to ensure you receive what you paid for.
Non-Delivery
If your download link did not arrive after purchase, check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us immediately at belinda@belindasmithwrites.com and your files will be resent within 24 hours.
